Bamboo Sushi Denver Lohi

Our waiter chose amazing choices for our dinner; I cannot speak highly enough of their eggplant. However as a high end “special occasion” venue I’d be hesitant to return. My wife and I chose this as our delayed honeymoon dinner venue and were mildly disappointed in the lack of intimacy. Great food, incredible service, but the ambience could be improved.

This was my second time here loved it the first time, so brought a colleague. The service was so poor, we both almost told the waiter something. I would say at best there was NO service. We were completely ALMOST not acknowledged verbally. Worst service I have had in quite a while. No greeting from either the waiter nor the staff with water. When I said we were ready to order, the waiter said, OK unenthusiastically. I would not come back due to the terrible service. The food was good this time, but not great, with some dishes falling flat.

Thanks so much for making this birthday so special and memorable. I appreciate your help in setting up the balloons, decorations and birthday cake I brought! You guys went above and beyond!!!

They “lost” our ticket so rolls didn’t come out for about 40min after we ordered. When they did make it to our table, each roll came out every 15min instead of all together. They weren’t fresh and everything was super salty.

Pretty bangin food, but very small portions. Oysters served on toasted wood chips, a little too Highlands trendy for my tastes. Fantastic service and a great sake flight selection.
