Billy Sims Barbecue - Denver

This is an excellent BBQ spot. The potato salad is the best I've ever tasted, with sour cream that gives it a baked potato flavor. The beans were above average as well. The ribs were outstanding. The only downside was that the beef brisket sandwich was a bit dry. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking to satisfy their BBQ cravings.

We contacted Billy Sims to see if they could cater a last-minute event at our home, and we were thoroughly impressed by both their exceptional customer service and delicious food! Cody, the owner, was quick to respond and very accommodating as our needs changed in the days leading up to the party. Our guests couldn't stop talking about the BBQ! The macaroni and cheese and baked potato salad are possibly the best side dishes I've ever tasted. We've consistently had great experiences with Billy Sims, and we highly recommend them!

Absolutely delicious! The mac and cheese is fantastic. The pulled pork was amazing, and the sauce was just right.

Highly recommend Billy Sims Barbecue! Upon entering all of the staff was friendly and helpful, offering suggestions of their favorites and answering any questions we had as first timers. I had the pulled pork sandwich and the meat was mouth watering and tender. My husband had the chopped brisket sandwich and it was gone in a blink. Mac and cheese was great and also really liked the baked potato salad! For dessert we grabbed the chocolate mousse and the best part was it came in a mason jar to take any left over to go!! Thanks, we will be back!

Hubby and I stopped in tonight for the first time. The food was amazing. Very tasty and we will definitely be coming back. The customer service from the 2 guys working there was top notch! They took care of us and even checked to make sure we were good while eating. They were very upbeat and friendly. Thank you.
