Food and service was excellent. The Igloos were such a great experience!!

One of my fav restaurants. No basic “Hotel Restaurant” in any case, just a really good place for food and drinks. That Tomahawk Steak was perfect and I highly recommend sitting the upper floors “Bubbles”. Only recommendation is for the restaurant to have a Bluetooth speaker that can be connected to the phone of a cartridge while in this bubble.

I was quite disappointed because we had this reservation for my family for a few weeks to sit in one of the Igloos. The location of the igloo was fabulous that we were looking at the trains coming to the union station that my children loved! The only problem was the tip of our igloo was torn and the door to the igloo was so ground with the wind that it was quite irony. We had noticed that there were large heaters outside the Igloos that were not switched on and when I asked our waiter if there was a way to get more warmth, he just didn't say sorry. It was also extremely dark in the igloo and after an hour and half a dinner when we left directly when we left outside our igloo someone other than our waiter turned on these really beautiful Christmas lights in the igloo that would have been so beautiful while we eat. For a $200 dinner we were quite disappointed with this experience. It was really too bad because we were looking forward to this pandemic.

The igloo was a wonderful experience. Warm and beautiful with the night sky, near fireplace and view of the noon station. Food and service were great!
