Nice brunch for a good price, excellent service from Donald and Gail. The omelettes cooked to order were a highlight. Only suggestion is that they change their coffee vendor- it’s quite an acidic brew.We also had a few appetizers in the evening, and they were quite good.
Had two experiences at Courier and unfortunately both were disappointing. First, had the breakfast buffet where the food and wait staff were good. Unfortunately was not notified of a 20% convenience fee that was tacked on until we got the bill. Second, had dinner on Father 's Day around 6:30 PM. Not too many people yet the wait time for food and getting the attention of the wait staff was excessively long. Burger was way too salty and the daily special of a BBQ platter came with charred sausage and overcooked dry brisket. Perhaps it was just bad luck, but would recommend tempering expectations if you dine here.
This place is perfectly located in the lobby of the Hyatt hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. Not only was the food fresh and delicious, even the bar food, but the true stars of the restaurant were the exceptional waitstaff who provided attentive and efficient service for us.Despite the restaurant being busy, they managed to provide prompt and efficient service without compromising on quality.
The Courier Market is a great place to have a drink at night, breakfast in the morning, or a snack anytime of the day, specifically if you're staying at the Grand Hyatt in Denver. The overall decor of this restaurant and bar area is great.Food: 5/5
