Crêpes N' Crepes Cherry Creek North

The crepes were excellent, although a bit expensive considering the location. I ordered Heather's Favorites, which were fresh, gooey, and deliciously sweet. It was a bit odd that customers aren't allowed to keep their drinks on the table and have to place them outside in front while eating. Other than that, our waitress was truly beautiful!

I was pleased to discover a nearby crêperie. The food was delicious and the kitchen was quick. The service was friendly, although a bit slower than expected. The music was quite eclectic—while there was some lovely French music playing, an unexpected Christian song would occasionally pop up in the mix, which really disrupted the French ambiance.

As we dug in, we discovered that none of our dishes included the toppings or ingredients we had ordered. I was incredibly disappointed. When we addressed the issue with the person in charge—since there was no manager on site—we decided to cancel two of the crepes and leave. When the bill came, we were still charged for the items we didn’t get to enjoy. As customers who work in the service industry ourselves, this experience fell far short of expectations. We were willing to pay full price for the crepes we did receive and the drinks (since they had made my new one), but we struggled to get any explanation or understanding from the staff. Unfortunately, I left feeling hungry and dissatisfied with the lack of service, and I won’t be returning.

I've been a child since I was so excited that gluten-free crawls have been added. yesterday evening we tookout and in special instructions section, I told them I had a milk allergy (i.e. no cheese or cream sauce). halfway through my BYO crepe I noticed the cream sauce. I stopped eating right away, my $20 crumb shattered and took medication. I was sick all night and probably won't come back, sad. this place was one of my childhood lovers.

Never had a chance to try their food. We politely and patiently waited for over 30 minutes after being sat to place an order but nobody ever came to the table. The sign on their wall asked for patience as they are short staffed so we very patiently waited for someone to come over but they didn't. They continued to seat more tables and take their orders and bring all the people who came in after us food but never came to our table. The hostess was grumpy and walked around with a constant frown and noticed we still had menus and that nobody took our order but she just kept passing by and not caring. Even when we stood up to try and get someone's attention we were ignored. The inside where we were sat was extremely noisy too and you could barley have a conversation. I understand when you are short staffed but seating people after you and taking their orders and briny them food is unacceptable and it made us feel totally unwelcome. We will never return.
