Contribuisci feedbackI recently ordered eight pizzas, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The pizzas were slightly burned and nearly inedible. I was quoted a delivery time of 20 minutes, but it ended up taking over an hour. When I requested a partial refund, I was informed that I could only receive a full refund or have the amount credited to my account. Since I mentioned that I wouldn’t be ordering from them again, I expected a full refund. However, the staff member told me she couldn’t process a full refund because it was too expensive, and instead added credit to my account, which I specifically asked her not to do. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I won’t be ordering from them again!
I ordered pizza from Domino's and my bill was $58. However, I noticed that they took an extra $12 from my bank account. I had already given a tip to the delivery driver. The staff apologized when I brought this up online. I think they should check their accounts more carefully.

I understand it's 50% off pizza and you guys are busy come on man ? I don't mind waiting an extra 25 mins after the already 40, but I don't understand why you guy are so very slow and the customer service is so bad ? Also do you guys cut your pizza with a plastic knife? I have to hand rip it every time I order, like a caveman.P.S. yes I would like my change back?
The pizza was tasty, but the portion of speck was a bit small. Unfortunately, when I took a bite, I found a long hair in the slice, which was quite unpleasant. On a positive note, the cheesebread was definitely the highlight of our meal.
