His trainee at least checked on us. One gentleman took care of us and did waters and asked about food. He was great. Food was unseasoned. Most Brazilian steakhouses shave off a serving. These guys just plopped a chunk of meat down. Because they hardly ever came back. I had my request for more up for 10 minutes no one came. Left disappointed. Love other Brazilian steakhouses. This one fell short
The drink service was a little bit slow but the rest of the experience was great!
Good food but all the meat tasted the same. All seasoned with salt. Servers were nice but usual went to the same few tables while neglecting others. My wife and I had to ask for certain items five or six times before they finally served us, all while we watched the items we ordered be served to the same tables over and over again. Might be regulars who go there so we understood. If you’re from out of town then maybe another location would be a better choice.
It was our first time. Very very busy location. Not sure if it was the best for our anniversary celebration.
While we paid for the full experience, they would never serve ribeye or fillet unless you asked several times. I’ve been here before, and this wasn’t the case in the past. Serving was also noticeably much slower than last time, and made several guests on large tables anxious. We had to wait for long periods until something came out of the kitchen, to our disappointment, 4 out of 5 were bacon wrapped chicken/meet, bbq chicken and sausage, for which no one go to a Brazilian STAKE house and pay this much. I hope the improve the service to level it was 2 years ago and don’t act cheap.
