Love the speed, love the staff, love the sandwich. What more can you ask for? They are a little pricey but that?s expected
Absolutely horribly managed. They cannot handle the lunch rush and often neglect customers, both in store and online orders. Not worth a basic franchise sandwich. Go to a local place.
Don't waste your time with this location now. The last 4 times I've visited here they are completely skimping on the meat. 18 dollars for a sandwich that has a single slice layer of roast beef. This is a veggie and bread sandwich. Absolutely patheticcost cutting at its finest.
Staff is untrained and does not care. After placing an online order for a giant, had to wait because they made a regular. Then they forgot the extra meat that was oredered on the sandwhich, so they jad to correct that. Once I returned home to open thebag, the sides of pickles and japalenos had spilled everywhere and one sub was just stuffed in the paper sleeve. When we tookthe sandwhich out of the sleeve, it fell open all over the floor since it was not wrapped properly in paper. Wasted of half ofthe $20 sub. Side note: Saw an employee place a sub directly on the counter at the cash register where the customer pays (nopaper). Not hygenic to place food directly on a counter where customers come and go and exchange payment/cash.
