I ordered 2 things, a cheeseburger and a chicken box, and they missed the cheeseburger. I was stupid enough to drive away without checking so I guess that's on me but seriously? She shut the window before I could even say thank you

Horrible service, I order one sandwich!!!! ONE SANDWICH!!!!!!!!! . I waited in the drive through for 10-15 mins after I ordered!!!!!!! The window attendant ask me to park in the front so I wouldn 't mess up their wait time... but I spent half my lunch waiting in line with no one in front or behind me. I asked for my money back because I had waited over 10-15 mins in the drive through and the window attendant got an attitude about it. I walked away and still are waiting for a refund. I wouldn 't be surprised if this location is closed down and turned into a Starbucks.
Serenity is amazing kind, she gave me one of the best customer service interactions I’ve had in a LONG time! : Fast Food is a tough job, a lot of that being “dealing with customers”. In this pandemic climate where everyone is short-staffed, it’s refreshing to have such amazing customer service knowing 9/10 customers are rude, grumpy, or even hostile.
