La Calle Taqueria Y Carnitas - Denver

These are possibly the best tacos in Denver, and maybe even the best I've ever tasted. It's definitely worth the trip to this area. I always order the chicken tacos, and I absolutely love this place!

This place has some of the best tacos in town! Everything I've tried has been fantastic, but the cochinita pibil has become my new favorite, especially when paired with the spicy pickled onions.

I tried five different tacos: al Pastor, asada, chorizo, cueritos, and carnitas. Among them, the carnitas and chorizo stood out as the most flavorful. However, I found the portion sizes to be a bit small, especially considering the price; this is an area where they could make some improvements. The green salsas were delicious and not overly spicy. Additionally, I received excellent service from the cashier, who was both friendly and attentive.

My daughter was craving tacos and made a special stop just for her. We ordered Birria tacos and they forgot the consume. Super bummed because that's literally why we came.

I am from Durango Mexico, and any time I go visit I make my way to CDMX, and anyone who's been there knows how good the food, especially tacos are! The tacos here ARE in the pricey side yes, but they are delish! I had liver, intestines, goat, tongue and a mixed one.
