The food was dry, quesadilla was burnt, guacamole wasn’t even half filled, kids cups didn’t have lids or straws, and the restaurant was a mess even though they had only been open about an hour. The floor was sticky and most of the tables filthy. Don’t waste your money at this location.
This location is open late until 11Pm. that is great because not many take out option that are still open at that time
Don't go too late. I came around 930 (they close around 11) and waited without confirmation, while three workers (including the superior) were slamping around to get away. once I was served (please note that the young man who served me was extremely polite and professional) they were made of several articles on the bar, and what she had dried out. the Zilantro-Kalbreis was crispy and too sour to eat, the Fajita-Gemüse was uncooked, and the salate was devastated. 10 years in service, I understand that I want to get as much side work and demolition as possible, but it should never affect the lower line. if they cannot serve 100% to 11, then they change the hours. changed: my partner and I visited this place and his only one was in the last months that the dings are on the hill.
Used to go to this location quite frequently but lately there have been multiple trailers in the parking lot with people living in them. Makes me question the cleanliness of the place.
I would avoid this QDoba location. Management needs to do better. I visited on 9/10 and one of the two workers was extremely sick. He was around the food and the kitchen and coughing a lot. It looked like he was going to fall over because he was so sick. He clearly needed to be home from work for his own health but he also put customers at risk by coughing continuously around the food without wearing a mask or even covering his mouth. While I do think that employee should have more common sense than to cough around food while being so sick, I imagine he couldn't take the day off without pay, which is a management/ownership issue that QDoba needs to address. The other worker (I think his name was Chris) was nice and I think he was doing his best he's the only reason I gave 2 stars. I hope the employees find a better job that treats them better.I was very concerned about eating the food, but I still did. To make it worse, the food was not good. The beans were undercooked (they were hard) and everything was terribly bland.Overall, I would suggest avoiding this QDoba.
