Contribuisci feedbackThis store helped me to order something even though the sonic app was being stupid. Great crew, fast service, just wish the sonic app would work. Manager in the evenings did her absolute best to keep me as a customer and she did!
OMGosh! I came in for a .99 CHILI CHEESE FRIES DEAL that popped up on .my app.. after fi ding out from Cindy that the deal only works thru an order on the app. I tried to order my tots but there was a problem with my app. Cindy was a pro and came out to explain everything g to me. She was patient and kind and very sensitive to my plight. She helped me to order but it didn't happen. In the end , I purchased a combo but did tind s Cindy made me feel all the time she spent helping g me was worth it.
Ordered a number one without onions, of course it came with onions. Had my nephew eat one to try it, even though you could smell the scent of onions on the burger. When I pressed the button the manager said he would come look at it. When he came out decided to argue with me that it was only lettuce. I told him, how you could smell the onions and that my nephew ate some and said how they were onions. He stated there was a sticker on the wrapper for no onions so there wasn’t any. He didn’t care that I was allergic, made the comment of how is it gonna hurt you. All I wanted was it remade, but after arguing with him and his childish attitude, there was no way I was trusting him with any food. I will never return to this location. Poor customer service coming from management. The server, believe her name was Evelia, was nice and was the one to return my money for the burger. Will give her credit for how she was able to step up after the managers poor customer service.
I ordered the "kekse a la mode," which is supposed to come with a butterfinger blast mixed with peanut butter, and a hot fudge sundae with added caramel. Unfortunately, I ended up receiving an ice cup without any cookies, a butterfinger treat without the peanut butter, and a hot fudge sundae that was missing the caramel. Everything was wrong, and the service was really slow. Overall, I would rate the food a 2 out of 5.
I ordered our meal using the app as usual, and my wife's check-in also confirmed our order. We waited and waited while several people drove through the line. I noticed another customer who pressed the button, and an employee came out with their food, which made us feel forgotten. Eventually, I was informed that the slushy machine was broken, and this was after I had been checked in with the app for nearly ten minutes. They did replace my drinks with soda, but the main issue was the lack of attention to the app check-ins. No one came out to inform us about the machine being down, which was quite frustrating.
