This was easily the worst bacon cheeseburger I've ever had from Sonic. I started by pulling into stall 11 and pressing the red button to order, but no one responded. Then, another car pulled into stall 9, pressed the button, and was answered within seconds. Frustrated, I decided to go through the drive-thru instead. After placing my order, I arrived at the window, and the woman there referred to me as "sir." I corrected her, saying, "I’m a ma'am," and she just stared at me. When I received my order without a receipt, I headed to work, only to realize when I stopped in front of my office that the bun was burnt and brown, the bacon was barely cooked, and the lettuce was so wilty and thick at the bottom. The burger was so unappetizing that I couldn’t even finish it. To make matters worse, I couldn't even call customer service because I didn't get a receipt! The service was just terrible. The staff had limited English proficiency, which made ordering difficult. I was trying to get the Strawberry Float from the commercial, but the employee didn’t understand what I meant. I had to log into my Sonic account and read her the full name of the drink before she finally got it. When I arrived at the window, the lid on my drink wasn’t secured properly, and it spilled all over me and my car. The guy at the window also struggled with English. When I asked for napkins and a replacement drink, he seemed confused. I handed him the half-empty cup and requested a new one after I parked to clean up. He returned with a new drink and some paper towels, but forgot to give me my change.

They don't speak English, they pour half a glass of cola, they use expired
