Whenever we want to treat ourselves, we always come here and have great experience. But this last visit really questioned us. Let me say first, our waitress Alex was AMAZING great customer service, but she was the only one. She was so apologetic for everything that happened to us tonight. We asked lamb dogs to come to our table and the time passes by no one came, we let them know that she lets them know again and nobody comes that she probably said something 3/4 times to meat people. Meat should rarely come to tables unless otherwise required, and I kept dry medium well / well made meat especially the syrup. Again he asked that medium rarely be brought to us and no one came. Our little muffin bread, which finally came out after it was there for an hour or so all the dough did not come completely boiled, and we squeezed this out of our waitress and again it was so apologetic and I could feel that it was sad for all these events that happened to us. But what turned out most to make this visit bad is the Meats the main reason to come ignored and not brought the requests was really disappointing, I can say that we don't get any lambs, no matter how often we had asked. Again, our waitress was not at all guilty that she offered us a dessert and did the best she could in her position. Maybe it's where we sat, as we were so close to the door and in the corner that we forget, but again this visit really didn't wait for us to come back or at least consider, not for awhile.

The waiter spilled a soft drink to my wife and yours had nothing to do to make sure. Poor customer service

The sides come a bit cold, but the meat was delicious and our waitress was great and beautiful
