Will Not Seat You 30 Minutes Before Closing Time! We traveled 100 miles from Colorado mountains to Denver to be told they don't seat you 30 minutes before closing, it was only my wife and I and we knew want we wanted, so do you need to be there 30 minutes before opening to be seated? I think they have rogue management with the restaurant being run by the employees. Went to longhorn steakhouse instead, they were happy to seat us and did not look at their watch once.

Our steaks came out over cooked and they immediately fixed them! Our serve Cynthia was fantastic and management was so kind. Will be back!

They don't accept reservations so it was a very long wait, Saturday night at 5 it was around 45 minutes. I highly recommend joining their waitlist before you get there.

I was in texas roadhouse often in different parts of the usa and thought I would try as it was near my hotel. I had never had problems in pastness and in the regular very good service at a good price. we begin with the positive things in my experience absolutely nothing. now the negatiw it began to order my food. they trained someone so I expected some hiccups. she was healed and would answer my questions incorrectly before I could finish my question. next, when I asked what wee prices were because they were not on the menu they said about xxx . I said I would like to know which prices are actually and they said they would check. after approx. 10 minutes she came back with a trip. next I asked what the attack was for a Texas shoot and vageness again. I command what I wanted, and after another 5 minutes, she said they didn't have what I ordered on camp. I asked if I could get the next level without extra cost and she said she would ask the manager. it was just $1 to $2 more it was more out of the principle. she came back a few minutes later and said they wouldn't let me tell the wee. she said she would take my bill off, how nice of her not to burden me with an article they couldn't deliver! during this whole time the stand was received from me, ate and paid in about 20 minutes. because I didn't even get my appetizer salad, I decided to go. from respect I spoke to the manager to explain my situation, and he did not seem to give ****, so that my decision strengthened to go. obviously not back.
