TGI FRIDAYS - Denver (Northfield)

They have not honored our reserved table, we waited for over 20 minutes on a table, not how to give us water, the service was bad! I was very disappointed because it was my mother's birthday and she was very disappointed.

What they show on the advertisement is not what they have in the restaurant. the waiters brought us three different menus to try to create what I was advertising. the waiters brought us frozen drinks, but until the last brought us serviettes and straws all our drinks were sunk. we asked for additional lemons (2 separate waiters; we are still uncertain who our waiter was) we have the lemons when we go our food into container. support from everyone there was impossible. we also made a reservation online, but if we are there, we were told that they won't do that anymore.

The only positive was our server. she was honest and kind. honest. we ordered from the cash and she came back after at least 15 minutes that the cash was secured. at least we knew we were not forgotten. we ordered dinner. After we had waited for a long time, our server admitted that she had forgotten to turn into our order and that they had set a haste on it. it was a very long time before the dinner arrived. the pasta kid was hard, but we have made energy to do everything. we fed the 8 years when we came home. I wouldn't go back.

We met with my nephew and his family....7 of all together, including two children ages 7 and 6. Waitress was excellent, and the food was very good as well. We had a nice time!

Ordered the lunch combo. Good food, just not a lot of it. Had the quesadilla and Caesar salad combo. Flavor was good but just a smattering of fries. Would rather have had sour cream and quac with the quesadilla instead of fries, however. Waitress was great quick and brought refills on soda constantly. My wife had the Jack Daniels chicken strips her favorite and they did not disappoint. Good place to stop prior to a movie at Harkins theatre. Drive straight out of lot to Bass Pro Shop parking and you're there in seconds. If we hadn't had lunch prior to the movie, this would have been a great place to stop afterward. TGIFridays is consistent so we knew what we were getting and we're happy to have gone.
