Kfc - Derby

This KFC is the most unclean one I've been to. Despite the efficient service, the staff seriously lacked in keeping the place tidy or clean.

We ordered a 14-piece family bucket, but when we opened it at home, we found that it contained 11 drumsticks and only three pieces of chicken. We were expecting a mixed bucket, so we called the restaurant and were told that this was due to availability. We were disappointed that we were not informed of this beforehand, as we would have appreciated the opportunity to choose. This is the second time this has happened, and we have decided that we will not be using this restaurant again.

Awful experience! The restaurant was almost empty. We inquired about mashed potatoes, only to be told they were available, so we placed our order. However, 20 minutes later, we were informed that the mashed potatoes had been given to someone else. We received a refund in cash. The food finally arrived ten minutes later, but the order was incorrect and some of it had been sitting on the side for 15 minutes, making it lukewarm. There were no apologies from the staff, who seemed clueless, and the manager appeared to be wandering around aimlessly. Three other customers were also complaining. This will be the last time I visit this KFC. Absolutely terrible.

I have been going to this place plus ordering it to my house as itz the closest to me and everytime some thing is wrong they either put something I didn't order like I ordered a mini bbq wrap and they gave me a flamin hot 1 and Mt partner is allergic to the ingredients in thm and they didn't care or they miss something out my order this has happened at least 8-10 times so itz not like itz a 1 of

Just went in to eat in. Waited to place my order. When it was my turn to order, small blond girl said can I take your order? I said first, four chicken leg pieces… She interrupted “I can’t guarantee that” I said that’s what I want, 4 leg pieces. She said I can’t guarantee that. I said well obviously I will not pay unless I get what I’m ordering. She said I can’t guarantee that, so I left. It’s my money. If they won’t give me the food of my choice I will not go in there again. Visited other KFC branches and never been told this.
