There are great vegan options, including Paella and soup and a good choice of cakes too, all for a good price. The shop sold gifts and souvenirs and upstairs was an art gallery where you can buy paintings, prints and sculptures.
Chilled place away from the main street. Excellent for gluten free.
Lovely café! I was truly impressed by the variety of vegan options. I had a scone with jam and coconut cream, which was absolutely delicious, along with a cup of soup. The staff was very friendly and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. I only give it 4 stars because of the prices, but I would gladly pay for such a pleasant experience.
I love this place, it's tucked away in a charming courtyard in the center of Bakewell. They offer a wide variety of food and drinks, with great options for vegetarians. The coffee is delicious and they also have a small art and craft shop attached to the restaurant. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed, making it a great place to visit. I highly recommend checking it out. Overall, a fantastic spot.
I recently dined at this restaurant and was impressed by the variety of vegan options on the menu, including a selection of vegan cakes. I enjoyed a soy chai latte, Vegetable Penang Curry, and Bakewell tea with soy cream, all of which were delicious. I also tried the klappenjack, which was tasty, and the server discounted it because it was smaller than usual. Some of the desserts had won awards for their great taste. The total cost for two drinks, two meals, and three desserts was around £27. The service was excellent, and the restaurant is located in an art gallery where guests can browse and purchase artwork and handicrafts.
