At the restaurant, the table beside us expressed dissatisfaction with the pasta, which I initially dismissed as them being old and picky. However, after trying it myself, I have to agree that the pasta was indeed bland and lacking in flavor. I managed to finish mine, but my partner left most of it untouched. When the staff asked if everything was okay, we didn't want to disappoint them further. We had the creamy mushroom pasta. I believe it could be greatly improved by adding chicken and a thicker sauce. I would be willing to pay more for better quality. On the other hand, the garlic bread was delicious.
Food cold, some over cooked. Staff terrible, service terrible, food terrible, totally rubbish all round.
Real Italian food . We often visit Bakewell and this is the first time at this restaurant and definitely not the last . From the moment we walked through the door we were welcomed by the friendly and helpful staff . After looking at the great value menu we took their recommendation of an Italian Pasta dish . We enjoyed a drink while the meal was being prepared. The food came and I can honestly say it was one of the best pastas I have ever eaten. An Italian classic dish at a great value price .
Visited Ricci,s November 20th thought it would be a nice place to get a pizza as we were on coach trip. Unfortunately the service was terrible. Waited 45 mins for a pizza and when my wife asked about it, she was told it would be going in the oven in a minute. When we finally received the pizza it was undercooked. Other customers were complaining about the length of time it was taking to get their orders ready as well
