The Tipsy Toad - Derbyshire Dales

6 of us went in for drinks. Rugby was on so it was very noisy and we went outside to drink our drinks. Beer was good but cocktails (mojitos) were dreadful and all got left aa they were undrinkable! Toilets were simply filthy and stunk of urine which wasn't pleasant. Staff were fine, no problems there.

My planned pitstop on the way to Liverpool to catch the Ferry to the Douglas and the Isle of Man. Very friendly staff and wonderful people to talk with while enjoying a tasty beverage.

The Tipsy Toad really is a little gem of a place with friendly staff, A HUGE variety of drinks, lovely atmosphere and welcoming locals. My husband and I were in the area for a family wedding and had driven past The Tipsy Toad a few times so decided to pay a visit on Sunday, not disappointed, can highly recommend if you fancy a cheeky drink

Visited at 2 separate times over the weekend. Afternoon and early evening. Both times we thoroughly enjoyed the relaxed but vibrant atmosphere. Good selection of cocktails and beers. Will visit again

Good range of drinks at this small roadside bar. Had an excellent pint of Cornish cider, well chilled. Plenty of cocktails on offer.
