Contribuisci feedbackI ordered a 3-piece chicken tender meal but received a 4-piece chicken dinner instead. The service has really declined over the past couple of months, and to make matters worse, the chicken was cold.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant in Des Moines. The service was awful, and the staff was incredibly rude. They missed items from our order and treated my wife poorly. I will never return to this chain again.
The food was good but couldn't go inside to order like we wanted. We had a bigger order, so wanted to make sure everything was there.
I went through the drive-thru and, once again, they got my order wrong for the fifth time in six months. I can't recommend this location due to their poor service and the rude attitude of the staff when they make a mistake.
Would the upper management of this KFC please hire new competent management for this location? They ate rude, slow and do not care for the customers at all. You do a mobile order then the lobby is locked. I have been in the drive thru for 30 minuteswhile my order sits inside.
