Travel Plaza - Desborough

My husband and I were down for a local wedding. The entrance to the place is a little awkward if you don't know where it is as the sat nav takes you down a random road before the entrance ... Once there, the Room was a lovely size! Bath was tiny!! As a 5ft 2 woman I could sit upright and touch both ends! Shower was over the bath, However the water was lovely and hot! Welcomed after a 160 mile drive! Bed was a lovely size however softer than we like so neither of us slept brilliantly , but who does away from home? Not enough pillows for 2 adults though! Tea and coffee selection was very small as well were the cups. We ended up buying our own as there wasn't enough for 2 adults a decent amount of drinks... we had noisy guests above us, who from just walking around were very loud!!! Wifi was free and worked which is a plus! Saturday we had breakfast. The lady in there was absolutely lovely! She even went and got me a larger mug for my tea. Breakfast was nice and the restaurant was clean and bright. Taxi services in the area were friendly and lovely also! We would return again.. x

Hotel rooms good. Location great. But George on reception must be the rudest man I've met.

The staff was really friendly, and our room was very clean at the arrival! the rooms are simple, but overall I enjoyed my stay.

A bit crossroads motel esk. But clean and friendly. Beds were too soft and bath tub was very small. My average sized husbands legs were resting on the wall whilst he was having a soak. But all in all not bad.
