Taco Time - DesMoines

Taco Time is my go to Mexican fast food stop. Always made up fresh with fresh ingredients.

A favorable alternative to the other major fast food Mexican restaurants. Service is usually quick and friendly, and wait times are average.

The food was pretty good but the dining area was filthy and the service nonexistent. Came in for an early dinner around 4::10 and there were no other customers in the place but every table was dirty. I had to dampen a paper towel and clean one myself. The floor was so disgusting my feet stuck to it while going back and forth to the bathroom. One employee was on break eating out front and was no help. If I needed more taco sauce I had to yell back into the kitchen to get help. It?s too bad the Des Moines location is run so poorly because Taco Time is one of my favorite places to eat.

Well the food was okay but the workers there stole my credit card information. I thot it was strange when I couldn?t use my Apple Pay or the tap feature of my card but I noticed something strange the employee handling my card anyways it?s for the police to worry about now but guard your payment card and or pay with cash here they?re crooks working for them and they will not hesitate to commit credit card fraud Oh and to the employees you need jail time and to think about what you?ve done. I cannot get a motel room now and thanks I?m freezing in my car my card won?t work now. I hope you get what you deserve

I was in the drive through. At this particular Taco Time you can see your taco being made and i was watching Gil make taco's and peoples orders behind me. He was AMAZING!!! My fish taco was perfect and all the other ones he was making while i waited for my Mexi fries were done so perfect and sooooo neat. Gil just wowed me and the other 2 ladies that were there taking the orders and getting the other parts of the order well let just say their customer services skills were over the top with perfection!! The 3 of them were a well oiled machine of perfection. That team of 3 all deserve 10 stars. I do not go to DesMoines very often but when i do i WILLLL be going back to that location. I normally go to the White Center location it is 10 min from my house and I have always been happy with the service there but never compelled to write a THANK YOU for hiring that amazing team.
