Island Wing Company - Destin

We came about 1:45, they said they had a lunch special that was good till 2:00. So we ordered. The food came at 2:37. That?s pretty poor service. My wife liked the Caribbean shrimp she ordered. And the not-fried fries were good. I had a Greek salad with shrimp. Not good, not bad. The server got the split bills wrong. But it was unique. Just not impressed.

Had a great experience dining in with the family. We all enjoyed our food like the boneless wings.Kiddos really liked there chicken tenders and fries. Service was excellent and restaurant was clean.

Overall, not bad. Wings came out quickly and were cooked well. They have an extensive beer list, and pretty good mixed drinks. Wait staff could use some training on proper customs and courtesies, came off a little rude at times. Carolina Hot have good flavor, not spicy. Polynesian were a little bland Garlic Buffalo were good, heavy garlic flavor.

Such a unique restaurant! According to the menu, nothing here is fried, so talk about a yummy selection! The Jamaican rice is amazing! We really enjoyed having lunch on the patio. The ambience of the food,the patio, and the breeze from the gulf made for a superb dining experience!

I have to be completely honest about this place. First and foremost this is a very nice convenient place to eat in Destin and there was no wait at all. The staff is very friendly and nice. Now about the food, our drink was very watered down I do not recommend getting any of their frozen drinks. I had the coconut shrimp as my meal and it had so much batter on it that I could barely taste the shrimp or the coconut. My husband had a chicken salad and he said it was pretty good,
