Ima - Detroit

Ima was a delight in Detroit for me! I had the chicken pho and no reaction from it. Super tasty and pretty inside. Not a *ton* of GF options but enough for me to pick from at least! I told the counter server of my allergy and I don't know if she notetated it but it worked out for me at least.

Their chicken bites are the best but the pho is great too! GF is clearly marked. Tastes great

We had a good experience at Ima in Corktown! Lots of GF options on the menu, which is amazing. However, beware that we confirmed that they do NOT have a dedicated fryer. I was there with a friend who has celiac and he did not have any issues after eating there.

Came here for a Sunday lunch with my daughter. I had their chicken pho but also for their pickled veggies with a side of rice. However I didn’t know when I asked for steamed rice that it would have seasoning on top. I asked them to switch it out just in case Everything was delicious! Nice casual atmosphere.

Went here on a Saturday afternoon, I got the Chicken Pho. It was good! The server marked my order as a gluten allergy which made me feel better, but I did have to explain it to them and they weren’t as knowledgeable as I expected after reading other reviews. I did appreciate my order being marked though. Not sure if I got glutened or the food just didn’t sit right, my non-celiac partner and I both didn’t feel well that night and the following day.
