The space is divided among various businesses, which makes the concert area feel intimate—this is actually one of the things I love about it. There's a bar located right in front of the concert area, making it convenient to grab drinks. I just had a Coke, and it was only $2, which I think is quite reasonable.
The service was outstanding, and the breakfast sandwiches were delicious. They also have a fantastic selection of coffee!
I don't recall ever buying anything from Dunkin' before this visit, but I did try an iced coffee in the early afternoon. I found a surprisingly good selection, much more than I expected from a donut shop. The display of treats was beautiful. The male staff members were friendly and helpful. However, the taste was somewhat disappointing, as everything was too sweet, even though we asked them to tone it down. The restrooms were dirty and in poor condition, which suggests they aren't regularly cleaned. We can understand that the place felt almost abandoned, with only a handful of customers inside, but there was a steady stream of cars outside—about ten waiting in line when we left. They do accept credit cards.
Customer service was good. The coffee was strong and the cappuccino was good. Turkey sausage and egg croissant and the sweet pepper Speck Croissant was good and a little cool.
