We received a friendly welcome, it was busy but they found us a table, it’s not touristy as it’s tucked away in the old port area. We chose the set menu, prawns and salmon for entree, and rai a La normandie for mains, all delicious. Too full for dessert, but they looked good. A typical French bistro, with great service!
Tucked away, this small and popular restaurant serves the usual Dieppe fish but also a variety of more unusual dishes such as pigs trotters stuffed with cheek. Recommended for its value and homely welcome
Nice and relaxed decor, friendly and competent service, excellent menu! Saw the waitress clean page by page the menus really a lot of attention for covid which we appreciate. Excellent whelk tartar ! , fried noodles and salmon tataki, both quite original for French cuisine, excellent crème caramel and the specialty dessert demoiselle normande!!
You must go here to eat. Great French food prepared correctly. Table d’hote excellent with good wines at a reasonable price. We will return many times in the future
Do not be put off by having to walk just a few minutes away from the tourist area and into the fishing harbour industrial zone: this is a fabulous restaurant in every respect! Friendly service, pleasant decor and (most importantly) really good food (but note that we are speaking only for the fish — did not try any meat dishes). And, by our Paris standards, amazingly (unbelievably) inexpensive for what we got. This was our best eating experience during our vacation in Dieppe (and highly recommended by our local AirBnB hosts).
