Stadt Liebe - Dietzenbach

Nice location. No culinary pleasure. It's not a vegan professional. In some cases not so balanced (like curry: rice, falafel and potatoes, very little vegetables). The eggplants on cauliflowers were very delicious, for them again almost without carbohydrates/proteins. Drink very well. Breakfast was better on the map, but we were there for lunch.

So this is on the small town square out of the way of traffic in Dietzenbach (oldish town, not the new development up towards Frankfurt. I has a pleasant out side area with about 80 or so places. The menu is regular modern German, I has the veggie burger. The patty itself was tasty but was not very hot, (it fact more or less cold) when served. perhaps it is a local tradition. The service was so so, but all in all an OK place for a snack meal. Average is not bad!

The other day we wanted to have dinner there, and it was 20 minutes before 22:00. The waiter let us sit on a table, so normally when this happens you get some food after. This was not our case. He just waited for the time to pass. No menú carts for us, no drinks, anything. He was just doing everything else that he could. After some minutes, we asked for the menu carts. He gave them to us, and it was almost 22pm. Another couple arrived and sat next to us. He served them very fast, and while they were already eating, we were still waiting. When we were ready to order, it was 10 minutes past 22pm. He came and he said it was impossible to serve us food cause the kitchen was closed. So, no, we will never come back and to that waiter I just hope that you get fired cause if this was my restaurant this is what I would do. This is not how you are supposed to treat clients, and if you let them seat, at least advice them that they have only 20 minutes to order some food cause the kitchen is closing (although all the terrace was full of people...
