Dewayne was working 3 registeres at one time. Very helpful and patient with me while trying to knock the line down? We need more workers like him.
The food is good, but I was a bit disappointed when I found out they had run out of sausage, egg, and cheese biscuits by 9:45 a.m. On the bright side, I still enjoyed my coffee!
$16 for a dirty shower? Another driver mentioned experiencing the same issue with his shower room. The price is too high for such poor service. There are no hair dryers available, the floors are wet, and there was hair on the toilet seat. It's disappointing to see this from Pilot.
Driver's on 9/15 at 9 am are blemishing the Pilot's reputation. Truck 26633 and another driver pulling trailer 19658 from Perdue. The company line to their transportation safety doesn't work, so a direct report is impossible. It was likely set upthat way intentionally. Driver's are parked illegally over the station's fuel tanks, blocking any potential delivery. There aremore than 35 open spots in this lot. This is pure laziness. The store is nice and staff friendly, but this is a major problem. They're actually blocking in drivers parked in proper spots.
