Service is quite slow for Take away, which is quite ironic as most fast food joints prioritize this. Hope dine is better?

Nice place friendly staff we ordered mushroom swiss burger beef its awesome. Better than mc donalds. Chicken strips with honey mustard sauce is wonderful . I recomend this place for everyone.. fresh burgers... friendly staff.. have parking spot. Have drive Thru.. few food items but taste is authentic. Kids friendly. clean and neat place... added to my on of the favourite places

I was shock by the quality of services very unprofessional and miserable. I ordered at 10:5 pm using Hardee's application. I call at 10:30 because i didn't get any updates. I called back at 11 pm and finally at 11:30 pm. I all 3 the contact center Guy was saying your order is ready and you will get in couple of minutes. Finally at 11:40 pm i got a tracking number through sms and it has a link showing the driver contact. I called the guy and it was not only that he don't speak English he said i don't have your order or something.... He passed the phone to his boss and he confirmed that they re just now preparing. At 11:45 pm. It is like 120 min. At the end i called the contact center and the Mr. Agent was trying to explain to me the raison. Ahhhhh my god. I know the real reason, it was me only the reason of this issue. I left talabat behind and i used non professional people. At the end i called the order and they will refund to my credit card in a week time( imagine 7 days).... Bravo Hardee's.

Chicken tender spicy is my favourite. Fries with spicy and cheese is tastier Burger taste had to improve.

Bad service always late and not serve correct meals stuff not trained properly wrong people in right place handle you un complete meal
