Krossroads Club - Doha

We love to come krossroad bar.. every week… we always sit in bar chairs and enjoy the drinks with my friends… Especially mahesh bartender… he so cool and kind person…we just come to see him because his service is amazing… And we love to meet him… Such a great great bartender… thank you mahesh will come again and again until we are in Qatar…

Nice place to sit and chill. The food was surprisingly good. The chicken lollipops are very good and the shepherds pie was tasty too. They have BOGO drinks for a while every day, butI can't remember if it was 2-7pm or 2-8pm. There are also several bite and pint specials that are a great value. It's not like the old Krossroads (at least not yet! but a good value and fun nonetheless. I did miss sitting and watching the live band play.

Terrible customer service. My fiancé attempted to reserve a table for Friday earlier in the week, was informed there 's no reservation required, walk-ins are welcome. Arriving on Friday, we were informed it 's by booking only. We showed the manager Umran the texted communication, he was unapologetic and said well it 's full. We asked why where we not informed, walk-ins are dependent on capacity. He had no answer, did not even try to be apologetic or offer a resolution, was flippant in his attitude, yeah you can complain or post a bad review . It 's okay, no loss to us. But be sure this will not help your company image and reputation. If you managed to get a manager title, atleast respect yourself and learn the behaviour of one.

A great place for Rock and Metal gigs, with a nice space and a great sound system, if only they didn't have tables in front of the bands, it is very hard for people to headbang and enjoy themselves and the bands when there are tables there.

Visited this place in COVID time to celebrate valentine's day with BAE. It's a sports bar with medium capacity. Staff is polite and friendly.
