Afternoon Tea At Waterside House

The view is stunning and incredibly relaxing, and the staff is wonderful. During this visit, I had the afternoon menu, but I found the portion size to be quite small, leaving me feeling hungry. However, I’ve dined here many times before and the main menu has always been satisfying and delicious. In the future, I will stick to ordering from the main menu instead.

The Water is a lovely hotel located on the beach just outside Dublin. The food is excellent, and on a sunny day, the afternoons are particularly beautiful, offering stunning sea views from the outdoor seating area. It would be a wonderful improvement to have an attractive option for cooler days, but overall, it’s a delightful place to enjoy an afternoon outside.

The hotel is in need of updates! The service was poor; despite having a reservation, we were ignored while waiting to be seated. The food was unappealing and not delicious at all! I would not recommend this hotel for afternoon tea.

I went for afternoon tea at the Waterside and could not fault it. Extremley good value for money and service. We could not finish all the food between the three of us. Would definately go again in the summer time when view is a bit better
