Pasta Castello - Donabate

First time visit and definitely be back. Even though it was mid week we were one of the two tables it was pretty quiet. The calmari for starters definitely was a highlight very tasty. Then we got carbonara and prawn penne pasta and Turkish chicken kebab. The pasta dishes were great, sauce was tasty, the portions were massive felt such a waste. I’d pay same amount to have less on my plate, way to much as one dish could feed two people. The Turkish chicken kebab was very tasty. We were very full but really wanted to try dessert so hot banoffee pie it was very good also.

This restaurant is excellent, offering delicious dishes and exceptional service.

The food was hot fresh and delicious. The server was very friendly but there was only one duty so the post food delivery service was not as readily available as could have been. That was no fault of the young lady on duty however. The sticky toffee pudding was delicious!

Really worthwhile visit. Both main courses were excellent and the staff were really pleasant

Food lovely but too much spice on each dish. Food portions way too large!
