Brewers Fayre Cheswold Lodge

This was my second visit to this restaurant, and I have no complaints at all. Every meal has been excellent. Yesterday, I started with chicken goujons and then had chicken tikka for the main course. This morning, I enjoyed a boiled breakfast with two beautifully cooked eggs, three pieces of bacon, mushrooms, roasted tomatoes, and beans. It's still the best breakfast at the Premier Inn! Today, I began with chicken goujons again, followed by the Southwest burger served with spicy mayo, skin-on chips, and coleslaw. I truly couldn't finish it all!

The staff here is absolutely wonderful. The manager was incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting me in putting together a meal that was gluten-free and dairy-free on my second visit (I've included photos from both nights). I apologize for not having taken pictures before my meal, as I was really enjoying the experience. It might sound odd, but I felt a sense of comfort when two of the staff members came over to check on me. Since I was dining alone, their attentiveness made me feel really cared for and at ease. Overall, it was a lovely, relaxed atmosphere, perfect for a lonely, hungry traveler.

I traveled a long distance to meet family who live nearby, and I had a great experience at this restaurant. The atmosphere during the reopening felt very calming, and I felt safe as the staff took all health precautions seriously while remaining friendly and helpful. I’d like to give a special shout-out to our waitress, Natalie, who was exceptionally attentive and accommodating. I truly enjoyed the table service and the use of Perspex screens between tables. The changes made since their reopening have really enhanced the dining experience, and the young staff there seem to be doing an excellent job overall.

Always beautiful. they do well with social distancing with clear screens between tables. it feels comfortable to eat there.

Great experience. Nothing was to much for the staff. Finally was great with the children Asking them what they wanted rather than just dealing with the parents. Can't wait to go again when we stay in the hotel opposite.
