Cusworth Pizza - Doncaster

I ordered the doner burger and popcorn chicken tonight. The burger was okay but it had no doner meat on it. The chips were nice and hot, but the popcorn chicken was very hard. I probably won't order from here again.

Do not order food from this restaurant, it is terrible. The pizzas were dry with no cheese or toppings, and the crust was embarrassing. The chips were undercooked and the cheese was cold and dry. We received a free garlic bread for spending over £30, but it was so hard I couldn't even cut it. When I called to express my dissatisfaction with the food, they were very rude and said they didn't care.

I used to frequent this restaurant a lot when it first opened and I couldn't fault it. The staff were very pleasant and the food was excellent. However, the last two times I visited were disappointing. The first time, I called ahead and went around 5:30, only to receive dried-up donner meat that was clearly warmed up from the night before. I decided not to return for a while. Last night, I experienced the same issue with dried-up donner meat and very little of it. The salad was also subpar. I believe this decline in quality may be attributed to the young chef who has taken over. I hope the older chef returns soon, as I will not be ordering from here again until then.

DO NOT ORDER CHICKEN SHISH! Ordered mixes kebab, to be fair the kebab meat and salad was okay, but the chicken was literally inedible. So dry it was hard to chew and completely tasteless. Very dissatisfied. My partners wrap was pretty cold as if the chicken had been left out to go cold before going in the wrap. The most annoying thing above these two issues with the food was the fact that my chips came without spice. I know this sounds a but petty but I asked the man twice and even double checked at the end of the call that I had asked for lots and lots of extra chip spice. I dont really like the chips without spice and it's something I really enjoy about the meal so I always double and triple check. I honestly couldn't believe it when I opened my chips and they were bare. So so frustrating, I did call and spoke to the man who took my order, he said I could have more chips but he didbt know when as they were busy. The shop is about 5 min from my house if that. So I spent £28 and delivery but when there was a problem they were too busy to sort it there and then so I could eat my chips with my meal. Very very poor customer service. I know mistakes are made which is fine but it should have been rectified and more chips sent our straight away. I felt like once they had got my money they didnt care.

Staff always polite. Pizza's/food great and always piping hot. Delivery prompt as statedby staff at time of ordering. Great value for money too.
