The freshly boiled chips were delightful, and it's fantastic that they're open until 10 o'clock, especially since most other chip shops close by 9.

The cod is fantastic—always flaky and tender on the inside, even if it’s slightly broken apart. The portion sizes are excellent as well.

This chip shop is fantastic; their chips are always remarkable. Sometimes you have to wait a bit to get your food because they prepare everything fresh, but it’s definitely worth the wait.

The food from this chip shop is very good, although recently they did do something that I didn't like. All of the sauce pots (mushy peas, baked beans, gravy, curry sauce), are on view behind the counter. Recently I ordered a large peas with my meal, but the staff member picked up a large pot and for some reason went out the back to fill it; now there might be a perfectly good explanation for why she did this, but after watching a television programme about food outlets a few years ago, and seeing some disgusting videos of what is sometimes done to peoples food, I always like to see my food served in front of me. As soon as I got home I threw the peas away, and opened a tin of baked beans instead. Other than this, I am happy with the food and the service that I have received from here.....
