Kfc - Doncaster

Absolutely atrocious service. Most items unavailable. Food dry and tasteless. Staff inexperienced but apologetic. Won’t be visiting again. Very sad.

Not sure if the staff rhink 'Please and Thank you are swear words or a foreign language, but I never heard them used. Food very dry. Evolution has provides me with thousands of sensory receptors in my mouth, which allow me to distinguish tastes. They also allow me to tell if something is hot or cold. If I say my food is cold (while I am still at the counter), I really don 't expect the staff to argue with me.

I ordered the banquet for one at the drive through in Thorne Doncaster ..when I arrived at the window to collect my order I witnessed one of the staff a young dark haired lady unboxing a previous order obviously not collected . She looked across at me nervously as she put it back on the shelves in the food prep area then she came over with my order I arrived home to find in my order all the chicken was completely dried out and not edible due to not wanting the drive back I feed the whole lot to the bin a complete waste of £8.99 and my dinner . I will definitely not be going again .I think the management need to be looking at there cctv and maybe this store as I’m finding wouldn’t have such bad reviews /complaints

Absolutely shocking service every time. My husband and daughter have been waiting over an hour for food.

Horrible service, wrap was terrible , told me that dip inside bag , but not, don’t recommend to anybody
