We always order from this restaurant because the food is excellent, but tonight I placed my order over the phone. I clearly stated what I wanted and asked them to repeat my order, as I needed to spend £25 to get a free onion bhaji. We normally don't spend enough, so I asked for a mixed kebab, chicken pakora, and even chips – which I don’t usually eat – in order to reach the minimum amount for the free bhaji. However, when our meal arrived, we did not receive the mixed kebab or the chips. I called the restaurant and the man who answered was very rude, claiming that I never specified the price of the order. Despite the fact that I had obviously paid for the missing items, he was aggressive and unhelpful. As a regular customer, I was shocked and frustrated by his behavior, to the point where I had to end the call. I will not be ordering from this establishment again, as it is clear that the staff need better training in communication.

Yet another top class meal tonight. Time after time the team deliver an excellent quality meal. Highly recommended.
This is our second visit to this Indian restaurant and both times have been fantastic. The food was delicious and served hot. I would highly recommend it to anyone.
