Whenever I am in town, I make sure to stop by this restaurant. The staff is always friendly, the beer is always served perfectly, and I have enjoyed the food on multiple occasions without any complaints. It is a hidden gem that consistently provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
I visited The Leopard over the weekend with some friends. The atmosphere in the pub was lively and, most importantly, it was warm and inviting. There was security at the door, although it didn't seem necessary. The selection of ales was excellent and the staff were busy and efficient. We also tried a couple of pizzas, which were delicious. The Leopard is a charming traditional pub that is definitely worth a visit if you're looking for a good pub crawl experience.
Was in Doncaster for the first league game of the season post Lockdown between Doncaster Rovers and AFC Wimbledon. After arriving in Doncaster, made my way to the Leopard as that was where all my friends were gathering. Great little old school pub, with good selection of the usual brand beers, but a really good craft beer and real ale section on tap. Really good vibe to the place a excellent place to go if looking for somewhere to get a beer in the heart of Doncaster.
April 2021 post lockdown 3 update It was very busy about 4pm but when I came back about 19:30 it was only half full. There's someone to greet you and make sure you check in with the NHS app. There's also hand sanitiser. You can order online (with a 5% discount) or they will come to your table. There's free wifi. You are meant to wear a mask while moving around or to go to the toilet. There are no heaters outside so you might want to wrap up warm. Price for a pint of craft beer on tap is now about 3.40 Quid
