Had a lovely evening here today. Fantastic service from Sarah and from the young gentleman Travis. He was polite when dishing up our food and taking them away. And Sarah was fabulous making sure things where OK with our meals and drinks. Overall a brilliant night

I recently dined at this restaurant with friends on Valentine's Evening and we were treated exceptionally well. The staff went above and beyond to cater to our needs and each of our meals were delicious. I personally enjoyed the belly pork dish, which was incredibly tender. Overall, it was a fantastic night and I would like to thank Thornhurst and their staff for a memorable experience.

At first, I thought the meal would be decent, but it turned out to be terrible. The homemade lasagna was disappointing. I opted for the all day breakfast, a dish that even the worst cook couldn't mess up. Unfortunately, the cheap sausage and greasy toast left much to be desired. The only positive aspect was that the restaurant was open, which is rare in this area. We will not be returning for another meal.

The food at this restaurant was excellent, but the portions were very large. We ended up leaving over half of our meal uneaten. The staff, Chantelle and Julie, were kind enough to suggest that we could share a meal since we are seniors and can't eat as much as we used to. They were very helpful and made us feel welcome. We will definitely return to this restaurant because the food was delicious.
