Grill'd Doncaster

I ordered zucchini chips and a burger. The burger was good, but the zucchini chips were disappointing. They seemed to be boiled and just had a crispy coating, with the only flavor coming from the salt. I've had zucchini chips at another Grill'd location before, and they tasted much better.

Crispy and healthy chicken at a great price, along with a nice family area in the food court.

Secondly, there were about four employees working, and when I asked for an extra napkin, I had to practically shout for it. The guy who clearly heard me didn’t even bother to turn around. I ended up having to go to the other end of the restaurant to ask the cook for a napkin. It’s unacceptable to have staff who don’t want to work or to man the counter properly. Overall, this was the worst experience I’ve had in a while, and I wouldn’t recommend Grill'd Doncaster to anyone.

Ordered 3 burgers and all had something wrong (missing items or wrong bread). order was 20mins late and chips were cold. i don’t usually post reviews, especially negative ones but this is a common occurrence at doncaster.

Terrible. Had burnt carbon pieces from the grill in my burger. Not good Grilld and not healthy.
