Decided to stop in for an early lunch and will never be back. Service is awful. They are rude and condescending. Nasty looks and constant hushed comments. Food was okay but not worth the treatment. Charged for water, rice and cash only. 0/5 stars ifpossible.
I hate leaving a negative review, but there are a few times when it?s an obligation for a customer to do so. I went to ATM Just so I can get some bbq from this shop. At 6pm, there was 2 ducks and a small piece of bbq rib left. While the inventory was low,I still expect quality food. Paid $20 for half a duck and another $20 for the small piece of rib, only to find out when I gethome there was no meat whatsoever on the ribs. My hubby, initially was really excited to try the ribs, kept asking me what kindof rib this is and why pork have no meat on the ribs. We tried hard munching on the ribs because the flavor was nice and we werestarving, but eventually had to throw everything away without eating at all ? There was just no meat at all. $20 for a pile ofbones. To the restaurant: PLEASE even if you are saving the real deal for your regular ?Big Brother? customer behind me, don?trip me off. What a disappointment!!!
I?ve eaten at this location for over 20 years and it?s still in my top favorite Atlanta eats! The roast duck and Peking duck is the juiciest, tastiest, crispiest I have ever found. I suggest getting the duck, crispy roast pork, beef chow fun (dry), and anyseasonal veggie dish. If you want something on the lighter side, the egg noodle soups and congee are very comforting anddelicious.
Nice staff serving authentic Cantonese fare. Dry beef chow fun fit the bill. Snow pea shoots were fresh and tasty. The crispy roast pork was a let down…too many bones and gamey. I’d still go back.
