The food was stale and tasted as if it had been sitting in the containers for far too long. On my second visit, the service didn’t improve—while there were no murmured comments this time, the food quality remained poor. The bread was hard on the edges and stale in the middle, and the vegetables had a strange taste reminiscent of soap and metal. Having managed several restaurants myself, I can confidently say that the food was likely stale because they store it improperly, mixing old food with new in an attempt to save money. This is detrimental in the long run, as it results in serving patrons old, subpar food. They are punctual with their orders, which adds to my suspicion that storage practices are to blame. Overall, I cannot recommend this place at all.

Absolutely the worst sandwiches I've ever had! It's just ridiculous. My sandwiches always come out incredibly flat, and the prices at this place are outrageous. I always notice a difference of $3-4, which is frustrating! Avoid this place if you can!

Excellent service and friendly staff. The wall decorations had some soda stains, but overall, the place was clean. The floors and even the restroom were well maintained.
