Krystal - Dothan

Just went in to get a 24 krystals pack and asked for the half level with mayo (which does not mean swirl, no pickles and no scavenging) and the other half with add ketchup no swirl and no scavenging and holding the pickles. our cassians who take our order was very sweet and in our order in order, but when we came home to eat our food, there was wobble on everything (so glad I am not allergic to wobble.) I also had no pickles on the one half I had asked. it is very disappointing and I can see why there were no customers in this facility.

Every now and then I have to have some Krystals. Service was good, they weren't too busy and Krystals are always sure to please. Fries were delicious ? also. Warning Large drinks are super-sized ?.

Going through the drive thru the lady at the window was one of the nicest employees i have ever seen here. She made sure my order was done correctly and I truly appreciate that.

The food is always hot and fresh but they will get your order wrong, or simply leave ingredients out.

I went here around 4:30 pm and the service was quick and my food was fresh
