I don't know why, but that's how it was. the times have changed and now it would be nice to find a fish supply in each location. this place is average. serving chip was good at $5 and we couldn't finish between 2 of us and one of us is 14 and swim a lot. the fish were frozen, however, the teigs were too oily and it made for heavy going. $23 for 2 hai and 5 dollar chips is well worth kalorific, but I couldn't recommend it unless they were really in a bind. my search continues.
I go to fish and chip Friday they were already several times in sackville terrace fish chips and they are the best value for money fish and chips in the opposite huge portion and consistency each time and the service is great! recommend the snapper and gummy hai!
In recent years we have bought several fish and chips from sackville terrace and each time, even last night, we are very impressed. So I decided I'd have to reward her with a review. the chips are always for crispy outside and soft taste center to die, well salted (if desired) and roasted in clean oil. none of this burned taste of oil left. the fish was also delicious, with a thin and crisp teig. the owners are friendly and polite, and it costs about $21. the only problem is that they can not help sneak chips out of their packaging before they get them home! highly recommended.
Just up the road in Doubleview, you’ll find one of the tastiest fish and chip shops. Takeaway only. Fish can be battered or grilled. So cheap, you'll be pleasantly surprised.
