Domino's Pizza - Douglasville

The local location is fantastic! However, the recently added call center needs to go right away. I almost felt like pulling the person through the phone and telling them to pay better attention in school! Fortunately, the manager at the local restaurant handled everything perfectly. We've been loyal customers of Domino's on Kings Hwy since it first opened, and that says a lot! They consistently deserve a 5-star rating. Be sure to ask about the weekly discounts and coupons; they always have great specials!

This is a fantastic store with a staff that consistently works hard to provide excellent service to every customer. The store manager genuinely cares for all her employees, which creates a positive atmosphere. Additionally, there's a blonde, pregnant employee who is absolutely adorable!

The restaurant is managed exceptionally well. The delivery staff are always friendly, even if you forget to tip. Just kidding! Honestly, non-tippers can be really frustrating.

Very nice delivery person, it got her quick and everything was perfectly delicious and exactly as ordered. thank you, I will be ordering again in the future.

After waiting for my order of just three medium pizzas for two hours, I decided to call and check on the status. The person who answered sounded quite irritated and informed me that they were busy and I would need to continue waiting. I requested to speak with a manager, and when someone else got on the line, they sarcastically said, "This is a manager." Unfortunately, the response was the same: they were busy, and I would just have to wait. The driver finally arrived after two hours and forty-five minutes, but my order was incorrect. There was no point in calling back, as it was clear that they didn’t care.
