Never been in a 2 story McDonald's before is was really nice customer service was good

I have had one of the funniest interactions with the employees working here tonight. My food was neatly put together and not sloppily made like most times, but that doesn't really bother me. Although the wait time was a LITTLE long, it's not a big deal. I still had excellent service.

For the first time since the last 2 years of me coming to this McDonald’s the lady in the back who took my order didn’t have me waiting and was surprisingly pleasant. I told her I was going to write a review so they can keep her onboard. Customer service was amazing for the first time yet the lady at the other window can use more training started cursing and talking rudely while handing me my order with no care that I heard her. Please get five more employees like the back booth lady on nights y’all will be perfect.

I would like to say for the most part that I eat at this establishment once a week and I have really never had any major problems or issues the management

Sometimes during the morning and lunch rush every restaurant has issues and setbacks that they face.
