Contribuisci feedbackI feel the need to update these reviews as my experiences change. Currently this Dunkin?s is in rough shape. There is no schedule for their lobby, it?s just closed at random times. There are always 5+ employees inside. As expected, this leaves thedrive through line wrapped to the street. Mobile orders also apply to randomly not being available at random times.
My usual order is a medium frozen coffee with vanilla and no whipped cream and for some reason there is no taste of vanilla. No matter how many times except for one location this does seem to be an issue. I due not like to complain but there is a problem. I can't call, they don't give me my receipt but will give me an attitude if I ask for a straw, napkin due to spillage of coffeeover side of cup or a carrier if more than 2 beverages.
Got two half decaf coffees. It was so burnt it was ridiculous. Hotter than usual from sitting there stale. I asked if she could make two new ones and she starts arguing w me that she just made it. This is the 2nd time. Same girl. She handed it to usimmediately, so we know it was old. We just drove away from her to go have the other Dunkins remake it. I?ll stick w the bestDunkins on Central Ave next to Planet Fitness. Best coffee around! Always good and fresh!
It's a nice dunkin. Definitely understaffed but it's still quick. They should definitely hire more people the employees looked stressed.
Met my sister here to get a coffee. We order and move down the line. As we're waiting the girl in drive thru has a freak out. I was disgusted in her behavior. She slammed that register draw so hard I'm suprised she didnt break anything.i made a comment tomy sister and she said this girl has melt downs all the time. I am very suprised they would keep her on let alone stick her in aspot where she can been seen doing these things. If I could go lower then a 1 star I would. I will never come back here again.Not to sound picky but I like my coffee served with a smile not a tempertantrume.
