Goppy's - Dover Plains

My mother and I love Goppys. We go there for dinner a few times a month, and the food is always excellent good old fashioned home cooking. And don't forget the homemade desserts and the ice cream that are out of this world! The staff is always friendly and helpful, too.

Traveling to the Dutchess County Fairgrounds?? Then you have to grab a bucket of Broaster Chicken from Goppys for the car ride! Best place for sit down family dinner. Burgers Homemade Ice cream and More! — with Theresa Nadelman and 2 others at Goppys.

Disappointing that the hours posted state the ice cream window is open until 9:00 pm. (Employee's also tell you that when you call) but I arrived at 8:40 pm last night and was turned away and refused service. Had to bring to disappointed children back home.
