The service here was very unprofessional. The furniture and fixtures are old and in disrepair, clearly not updated since the restaurant opened years ago. The staff took customers out of order and seemed untrained in processing refunds for mistakes. Additionally, a staff member heated the cookies, causing the ice cream to melt far too quickly.

You would expect them to serve soft serve at least until 10 or 15 minutes before closing time. This is the second time I've been there, and both times they've told me that the soft serve was already closed for the night. The first time was at 9:30 PM, and they said they shut it down at that time for cleaning. Today, I walked in at 9:13 PM to get some soft serve, only to be told it was already closed for the night. I won't be returning again.

The older white woman was extremely rude for no apparent reason. I've been visiting this ice cream parlor for many years and have often noticed her looking upset, but I've never spoken to her until now. I knew she was the supervisor, so when I asked to speak to someone in charge about the service I received, she responded that there was no one in charge at that moment. Overall, this place really needs better management. While the ice cream is good, it's not worth the poor service that not only I, but also others, have been commenting on.

The server was exceptionally friendly and consistently welcomed us with a warm smile. The ingredients used were top-notch, and you could truly taste the difference.

I absolutely love the ice cream here; it’s vibrant and delicious! The staff are very respectful and always check with their managers when I have suggestions. Thank you for providing such exceptional service to my family!
